the best matching-program ever

I've been noticing something profound lately, and maybe you've had this experience too, when an idea suddenly becomes crystal clear and then proceeds to keep showing up in your life, over and over again.

My latest noticing is this: the Universe offers us the best matching program ever! What? Let me explain by backing up a little.
The way I understand it, we live in an energetic field that I call the Universe, and it's dancing along with us at all times.

The Universe I'm referring to isn't a personality, it's a vibrational field of resonance which responds (resonates) to our own energy field.  To put it simply, when we're feeling peaceful, we tend to experience more peaceful experiences, and when we're feeling chaotic inside, well, to borrow a line from Harry Potter: "It's going to be a bumpy ride!"

This doesn't mean if we meditate a zillion hours a day and chant "peace, shanti, peace" that we'll have a smooth and carefree life. If that were the case, our world would look quite different. What it does mean is that we're the creators of our experience of life and can influence how it moves forward by how we direct our energy. 

Now back to the 'matching program' idea - what I notice lately is how, when I take an integrity step, support for that step shows up. I see this as the 'Universe's Matching Program.' I take an action that's aligned with what's true for me, and support  shows up.

By integrity move, I mean an action that's in alignment with what feels right and true to oneself. It might mean quitting a job that no longer fits, or choosing to take better care of your physical health. Sometimes it means speaking up about something, or conversely, keeping quiet.

I could give lots of examples, but experience is the best proof. If there's an integrity move that you could make today, do it, and watch what happens.  If it doesn't result in support showing up, check in and see if it was truly in alignment with you. If it is, then stay clear and strong. Sometimes there's fall-out from old decisions we've made, but don't let that distract you. Stay clear, stay true to yourself.

This principle is non-negotiable, so rest assured, after any initial uncomfortable shifting that might take place, a smoothing of the path is on the way.
