Ingredients:
Organic Steel Cut Oats Water Raisins Assorted nuts Sunflower seeds Pumpkin seeds Ground Flax-seed Chia Seeds Milk Fresh Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, apple, kiwi...) |
We make our oats in advance and store them in the refrigerator so that we can quickly heat them each morning. We take one cup of oats per 4 cups of water and heat them on high until boiling. We simmer them on low, stirring often for around 40 minutes. Put the oats in a glass Tupperware type bowl and let them cool and refrigerate.
