Not only are #mandalaoats beautiful, they are packed with nutrients. From the fresh fruit to the seeds and nuts, this #foodart is a treat for your body and soul!
Ingredients:
Organic Steel Cut Oats
Water
Raisins
Assorted nuts
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Ground Flax-seed
Chia Seeds
Milk
Fresh Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, apple, kiwi...)
Recipe for Cooking Oats
1 cup   Steel Cut Oats
4 cups Water or Plant Based Milk
We make our oats in advance and store them in the refrigerator so that we can quickly heat them each morning.  We take one cup of oats per 4 cups of water and heat them on high until boiling. We simmer them on low, stirring often for around 40 minutes.  Put the oats in a glass Tupperware type bowl and let them cool and refrigerate.
Preparing  #mandalaoats
