How to be connected in the digital age
How do we keep thriving while living in the digital age?

Being able to balance our use of technology while staying connected to our human nature can be a challenge, especially for parents. We love our technology and we strive to be connected with ourselves and inspire others to face this important part of the current human experience.

We've taught for years about how to create whole body vitality while living in the world of technology, and we know that not only is it possible, but it is crucial for ourselves and our planet. When we lose our connection to ourselves, we often lose our connection with our world. One of the ways that we can be connected is through our breath, and another, through taking time out for meditation.

Meditation is a wonderful tool that is scientifically proven to increase wellness. Taking even 5 minutes out a few times a day to disconnect from technology, and tune in with ourselves can be a wonderful first step in increasing our overall health and happiness.
