A 4 week experience to increase self-love and self-expression.

In this class with Michele Roberts, you are invited to... OPEN to a greater connection to who you truly are, LOVE and include your whole self so that you may APPRECIATE your true nature and EXPRESS yourself authentically in the world.

In Awakening Essence you will learn:

tools for connecting with who you truly are.
practices that will increase your love and appreciation of yourself.
how to awaken your true creative expression so you can expand your capacity for joy, abundance and love.

Includes:

Daily 15 minute conference calls Mon-Fri (8am Pacific, will be recorded) You can join live or listen to the recording at your convenience. These calls include practical tools that you can use right away, guided meditations for grounding and centering, and resources that will support you as you integrate each step of the program.
An optional Community Board where you can interact with Michele.
One hour group celebratory Zoom session. (sharing and Q&A)
