I remember this one, and I need to get into the habit of doing this, because sometimes I go back t some feelings when I am anxious and I should be moving on....sometimes I catch myself and other times I just go through it.
Glad you remember this one and are open to trying it again. It really does help with keeping ourselves current - and not drifting into the past or to thoughts that keep us stuck.
