As for fear melters, I will try these today because I woke up feeling incredibly anxious but unsure why. I usually just go for a walk to get moving, but today I am stuck at my desk, so these look simple enough to help me release it. My biggest fear these days is the fear of losing my job. I am surrounded by drama everyday with my office mate, with his behavior, with his lack of dedication to our current owners, and with his blindness of what is going on, I just want to shake him. I tried talking, but his walls are up and there is no talking at this point, so I need to find a release. So here is to some relief. God speed!
Glad you will try the Fear Melters - they really work - keep at it. :) We suggest releasing any energy of anger you might have towards your co-worker/ex-boss. His stuff is his stuff - can you keep out of it as much as possible? And we also suggest talking to your new bosses about the issues.
Don't underestimate the power of releasing his grip on you at an emotional level - deciding that it isn't worth your energy - you might see a shift in him!

This demonstration and explanation is so perfect! I attest that FM really do work. AND, My body wants to wiggle through out the day. Since I often let myself wiggle and not be concerned about what others might think I feel more located in ME! I can feel the life energy flow through me. Great job D and M!
