Thank you for taking this journey with us! No matter how you participated throughout the past 6 weeks - little or lots, thank you for what you have shared with us about your experience. We would love to get feedback about how you see the program overall - including things that you think might improve it.
Today we are talking about the Upper Limits Problem and if you find yourself having questions about this, please comment below - we are happy to share more. Suffice it to say that having a daily practice of breathing and meditation while reminding yourself of this mantra (listed below) from our beloved teacher Gay Hendricks, will support you in friendly new learning and expansion.
Mantra: "I expand my capacity for positivity every day, and I inspire others to do the same."
There are many versions, and all of them are about expanding our capacity for good. Find words that resonate with you and use them frequently. It works! Check out our latest events - we offer a monthly FREE class on practices to keep you engaged in your Ikigai. Shine on!
Much Love and Delight,
Michele and Dean
Keeping a new commitment going requires us to keep our attention on our action steps. We find that it is super helpful to celebrate our successes along the way. Making our steps easy and achievable sets us up for a win. How can you make turning towards your commitment easy and fun?
Great questions to hmmmmmm on!
Love, Michele and Dean
Something we notice about commitment is that often we will run into a challenge once we begin to take action steps. It will usually come in the form of a test of some kind - and we see this as our consciousness checking in with how serious we are about our new commitment.
So, be prepared for this, and when it comes, you can breathe, smile and say YES! I AM COMMITTED TO THIS ACTION STEP! Then go ahead and "just do it!"
