Livin Now offers personal training in the Los Angeles and Ventura County area. Dean Yasuda, a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness Professional, has a holistic approach to training.
Our Training focuses on creating a balance of core strength, resistance training and flexibility. We know that a strong foundation is key to creating overall health and our sessions will strengthen your emotional and physical well being. Each session is designed to support your personal goals and addresses your physical ability and overall health. We incorporate breathing techniques that result in a full body experience of vitality and wellness.
To best reach your fitness goals, Livin Now recommends a three day a week training schedule. Each session is one hour and includes nutritional support and tips for your success. (one and two session per week options are available)
